Overview: The position that we are hiring for is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday shifts from 3pm to 11pm. English language as your 1st spoken and written is required for this position. Must also live with Medicine Hat or the very near surrounding area. We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is beneficial - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Front Desk Agent.
