*Job Overview* As a Produce Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our produce department is well-stocked, organized, and appealing to customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and assist customers will enhance their shopping experience and promote sales within the department. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding produce selection. * Maintain a clean and organized produce section, ensuring all items are properly displayed. * Stock shelves with fresh fruits and vegetables, rotating products to ensure freshness. * Monitor product quality, removing any damaged or expired items promptly. * Assist customers in locating specific produce items and provide recommendations as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
