WEST FOUR Group of Companies is a Western Canadian leader in supplying doors, hardware, and building specialties. West Four trade brands are Security Building Supplies, Madero Distribution, Penner Doors & Hardware and Two Six Creative; with branches in Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg and Calgary. Our branch in Winnipeg has an opportunity for the right individual to join our team. Day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include: * Inventory management entry and reconciliation * Inventory receiving input * Purchase order * Invoicing * Mail distribution * Timecard management * Being able to multitask * Filing/ Office Administration * Respond to internal/external requests * Answer phones and office email accounts * Maintain and monitor company accounts receivable. Work directly with the Operations manager to ensure branch A/R is at acceptable levels Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be able to deal effectively with customers and vendors alike and work alongside the sales teams when needed. We require someone with 3-5+ years of office experience in the Construction / Distribution industry and you must be proficient in MS Office and general computing tasks.
