Tired of working in big corporate pharmacy? Join the independent pharmacy life! Must be highly motivated, intelligent and willing to learn. I enjoy teaching new employees. Position is open for a pharmacy assistant to help with everyday functioning of the pharmacy such as entering prescriptions, filling prescriptions, and administrative duties. Must be flexible to work weekday evenings and weekends. There is a very high learning curve here. You must be prepared to study and learn the software and operations. If you have little prior pharmacy experience, the learning curve will be even higher. No temporary summer positions. The candidate is required for a long term commitment. Must speak English fluently. Must have prior experience in a pharmacy or be a graduate of a pharmacy technician program. Knowledge of Nexxsys or PropelRx is an asset. Ability to speak Italian is an asset.
