Purpose: To assist the Controller in the preparation of General Ledger functions including month-end and year-end financial statements Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts Prepare accounting reports and present their results. Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status Assist the Controller on assigned tasks/projects Responsibilities: Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including reconciliations for D&V USA Responsible for accounting of proper receipts into Accounts Receivable and payment to Vendors on a timely manner for D&V USA. Processing of all Inventory and non-inventory invoices, including matching backup and filing backup documents Responsible for booking of Payroll transactions for D&V USA. Responsible for Bank Reconciliation for D&V USA Managing all aspects of the General Ledger and the integrity of accounting data Responsible for ensuring accurate- LocationVaughan, ON
