Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Mandarin. Tasks: Cut, shape and join timber pieces or assemble pre-cut timber pieces to make wooden boats. Assemble prefabricated parts and sections of fibreglass, metal or other materials to form boats. Clean work area. Monitor machine during operation. Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications. Load, feed or place materials into machine. Operate machine to fabricate parts and products. Sand, trim, grind or clean products into final form using hand tools. Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products. Cut, shape and fit materials to form parts and components. Computer and technology knowledge: Corel Draw. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
