Walford on The Hill is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others. Key Responsibilities: ? Support nurses with routine care tasks and procedures as needed. ? Respond promptly to resident call bells and provide assistance as required. ? Assist nurses during emergencies, providing support as directed to ensure resident safety. ? Help maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring rooms and common areas are tidy. ? Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their well-being. ? Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures. ? Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff. ? Clean disinfect kitchen ? Prepare for breakfast by setting tables Qualifications: ? Completion of a Nurse Aide training program or equivalent experience. ? Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. ? Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. ? Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of residents. ? Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. ? Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
