<p>Located in Loretteville, the Jardins Katerina residence managed by Cogir, offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy. We are looking for someone to fill a part-time auxiliary nurse evening position. We offer telemedicine, employee assistance program and more!</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 1 weekend out of 2 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 4 p.m. to midnight (flexible start time)<BR><BR>** possibility of doing an extra shift per week**</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics</li><li>Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)</li><li>Ensure good communication as well as medical follow-ups with the vested parties</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>Upon request by the residents doctor or pharmacist, update the residents medical dossiers and prescriptions</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Flexibility for the work schedule</li><li>A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)</li><li>A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li><li>Knowledge of Symo software (An asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Evening Premium applicable at $0.45/hour</li><li>Applicable government premium in effect</li><li>Meals in the dining room at $5</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Access to a doctor in case of emergency</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Access to internal professional services <ul> <li>accounting (taxes)</li> </ul></li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Career Opportunity</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Evening</div>- LocationQuébec, QC
