*JOB TITLE: Lead Installation Specialist (HVAC)*

*Job Purpose: *This position leads accurate, clean and appealing HVAC installations that encompass skills possessed by an HVAC professional. The purpose of the ? Lead Installation Specialist? is to provide our clients with the best results for their ordered installations, provide the best customer service and professionalism in any environment and work together with the rest of the team to problem solve issues that may arise while on site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurate, clean and efficient installations of heating, cooling and water delivery systems; repairs to heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment; troubleshooting malfunctions on site challenges that may slow work on such equipment being installed; keeping a clean appearance while interacting with customers; making sure the work vehicle is clean, and stocked with supplies needed for installations, and other mechanical related work as assigned.
*Core Job Functions (Performed under supervision until satisfaction):*
· *Installs *heating/air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities, both with the highest level of care and detail, while operating at maximum efficiency
· *Orders *supplies, equipment and tools for the purpose of ensuring the completion of assignments in a timely manner
· *Diagnose *problems and/or failures in the installation instructions to generate effective solutions and maintain efficiency with the equipment and systems provided
· *Maintains *up to date knowledge of the latest industry changes and information as it pertains to the equipment and tools used while on assignment
· *Records *reports (e.g. work orders, estimates, repairs, media related to assignment) for the purpose of documenting information related to assignments
· *Repairs *to heating/air conditioning systems, components, and obsolete equipment for the purpose of providing comfort within the installation parameters
· *Responds *to emergency situations (e.g. heating, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration systems) for the purpose of resolving immediate safety and comfort
· *Transports* various items (e.g. equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of providing materials at job site as required to complete other tasks
· *Other Job Functions *as assigned based on skill development
*Job Requirements ? Qualifications:*
· *Experience: *3-5 years New Installation and Retrofit experience, (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Electrical preferred).
· *Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities: *Operate hand and power tools used in craft with confidence, perform basic math. Preferred knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydronic applications, codes and regulations, but not necessary. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, establish priorities, work independently and with minimal supervision. Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs, climbing/balancing, stooping/kneeling/crouching, talking/hearing and others as per assignment.
*Education, Training or Licensing Required: High School diploma, or equivalent; G2 Gas Fitter required, 313A or 313D required, ODP (pref); Valid G Class Driver?s License; willingness to continue education in HVAC field*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
