*Company Summary* Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over 1,000 clients in services including Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Cargo Projects. *Job Duties* * Plays a key role in managing team that provides day-to-day operational requirements for the business. * Manages return booking/RA team, planning and appointment booking team. * Liaisons with customers to ensure that daily operational requirements are met. * Ensures that team members are aware of any operational changes. * Maximizes consolidation opportunities in TMS, with co-ordination between planning and appointment team. * Clarifies/resolves all daily issues. * Monitors and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner. *Requirements* * Excel knowledge, pivot tables, v-lookup function, formulas, etc. is a must. * Must have prior experience with TMS, WMS and other systems. * Knowledge of transportation load planning is good to have *Reporting to* * The Warehouse General Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
