As an </span><i><span>MCC Coordinator</span></i><span>, you will provide essential support to the MCC Supervisor by ensuring quick responsiveness to technical unforeseen events and coordinating maintenance operations.</span><span> </span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><span>Continuous monitoring of aircraft airworthiness in support of the MCC Supervisor, ensuring rapid responsiveness to technical unforeseen events.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Coordination of maintenance operations to minimize the impact of breakdowns and delays on flights, in conjunction with maintenance and flight management teams.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Documentation and management of Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) for each aircraft, adhering to safety directives.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><strong>Core Tasks: </strong></p><ul><li><span>Monitor aircraft maintenance indicators in the RAAS and FDS systems, checking critical deadlines and missing parts.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Organize urgent maintenance actions and track critical parts in coordination with suppliers and maintenance personnel.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Prepare and send maintenance reports to ensure complete documentation of technical interventions.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Participate in OCC and MCC meetings to relay information about fleet status and corrective maintenance needs.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies: </strong></p><ul><li><span>Excellent communication and coordination skills;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Organizational skills to ensure proper tracking of maintenance operations;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Holding an M2 license is a strong asset.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><span>Experience in the field of aircraft maintenance or operations management;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Knowledge of maintenance and airworthiness procedures for aircraft;</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Bilingual proficiency in French and English.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><b><span>What do we offer?</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>A dynamic and stimulating work environment.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Competitive compensation and attractive benefits.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>A collaborative team and a friendly work atmosphere.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Exciting projects and challenging tasks.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Commitment t- LocationMirabel, QC
