*Job Summary* Clauger is seeking a skilled and licensed Class 313A Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team in the GTA. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems across various industries, including food and beverage, cold storage, and recreational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a client-service mindset, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety. *Job Duties* * Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems. * Working independently or as part of a team on-site to ensure high-quality facility operations. * Adhering to established processes and practices for operations and maintenance. * Rotating on-call/standby availability for emergency callouts. * Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). *Job Knowledge* * Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and requirements. * Environmental, health, and safety best practices. * Client-focused approach with a high degree of responsiveness. * Effective communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients and team members. *Job Requirements* Education and Certifications * Class 313A Refrigeration Mechanic License (required). * Full G-Class driver?s license (required). * Gas Fitter license (considered an asset). Experience and Skills * Experience with ammonia refrigerant (an asset). * Controls experience (an asset). * Ability to work within operational guidelines and execute tasks efficiently. * Strong problem-solving and service delivery skills. What we can offer * Union Local 787 compensation rates * Benefits as per 787 contract * Overtime pay as per 787 contract. * Company Vehicle and electronics as deemed necessary to perform the job. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Ammonia refrigeration: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Class 313A Refrigeration Mechanic License (Required) * Full G-Class driver's license (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Ontario, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
