The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong experience in digital and physical advertising, and a knack for business-to-business collaboration. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing innovative marketing strategies for new products. Experience in property management is considered an asset. *Key Responsibilities:* *Digital and Physical Advertising:* * Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing. * Optimize the company?s online presence with SEO best practices and manage our Google Business profile to maximize visibility. * Plan and execute physical advertising strategies, including print ads, brochures, and signage. *Business-to-Business Collaboration:* * Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. * Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns. *Social Media Management:* * Manage and grow the company?s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. * Create and schedule engaging content using tools like Hootsuite, with a focus on increasing engagement and building brand awareness. * Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. *Content Creation & Graphic Design:* * Generate creative and compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. * Design visually engaging graphics for social media and marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop, ensuring all content aligns with the company?s brand voice. *Project Management:* * Oversee the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. * Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals and deadlines. *Customer Engagement:* * Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction across marketing channels. * Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with customer needs and preferences. *Analytics and Reporting:* * Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. * Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights. * Manage and report on marketing expenditures to ensure effective budget utilization. *Creative Ideas and Innovation:* * Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to enhance marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. * Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies. *Self-Starter and Team Player:* * Work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward. * Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments. *Marketing Strategies for New Products:* * Develop and execute marketing strategies for the launch of new products and services. * Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a property management company. * Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Business, Hootsuite (or similar tools), Canva, and Photoshop. * Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal s- LocationKingston, ON
