<p><strong>Join our team as a Machine Operator and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of production quality!<br><br>Overview:</strong><br>Under the department manager?s supervision, the Machine Operator adjusts and operates machinery, ensuring production meets high standards and follows priority orders.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Verify material batches and report any anomalies.</li><li>Adjust machine settings based on material type.</li><li>Load and unload parts, organizing them for the next production stage.</li><li>Inspect parts to meet customer specifications using measuring tools.</li><li>Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience.</li><li>Manual dexterity and troubleshooting ability.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>Basic computer skills and blueprint reading.</li><li>Bilingualism (asset).</li></ul><p><strong>What We Value:</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to learn, communicate, and collaborate.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>- LocationChâteauguay, QC
