Kitchen Table Restaurants, a local hospitality group, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our finance team at our Head Office located in Vancouver. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for an accounting position with growth potential. Recent accounting graduates or individuals with strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply! This is a full-time hourly position (Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm or flexible between 8am - 5:30pm) in office. No remote work. *Responsibilites:* * Completing payments and controlling accounts by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices * Paying vendors by processing payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit * Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance * Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos * Verifying customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions * Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts and cheques by saving documents properly on the cloud * Handle correspondence and maintain organized files and records of business activities. * Collaborate with the finance team to support overall financial operations. * Perform general office and administrative tasks, including assisting with budgeting and financial reporting activities. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * 1 year experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or accounting * Hospitality experience preferred or a passion for the industry! * Strong administrative and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace required with a demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel * Quickbooks Online experience preferred * Bookkeeping Certificate/Diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset Join the team behind Ask for Luigi, Di Beppe, Pourhouse, Pizzeria Farina, Giovane Caffe, Bacaro, Carlino, Farina a Legna, Motoretta, and more!
