Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Prepare journal entry. Manage accounts receivable. Prepare payroll. Invoice clients. Collect payments from debtors. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Prepare reports. Manage cash. Computer and technology knowledge: Quick Books. Spreadsheet. MS Excel. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
