We modernize legacy applications and create new digital products to help our clients solve complex problems and digitally transform their operations. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to manage and lead multi-vendor projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce, particularly in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. This role requires great communication, a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to successful completion. *Responsibilities:* * Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. * Oversee and manage multi-vendor projects related to Salesforce. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation. * Ensure the integrity, scalability, and performance of Salesforce implementations. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and vendors. * Coordinate changes with all vendors aligned to the project. * Evaluate and integrate new Salesforce technologies and tools. * Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with architectural standards. * Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues. * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. *Requirements:* * Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Loyalty Cloud(preferred skill). * Strong technical background in Salesforce architecture and development. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies. * Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Salesforce Architect certification is a plus.
