Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Manufacturing engineering technology/technician. Carpentry/carpenter. Construction management. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Shipping company or agency. Wood products manufacturer. Manufacturing and industrial plant. Manufacturing or production. Industrial equipment and automation manufacturing. Tasks: Prepare and submit reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules. Train or arrange for training. Oversee safety of operations. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment.
