*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
*Responsibilities:*
* Receive incoming calls and schedule appointments for busy HVAC company
* Respond to customer needs
* Assist with registrations and warranty of equipment
* Assist lead service coordinator in dispatching and scheduling calls to technicians
* Assist lead service coordinator with purchasing and ordering of parts
* Monitor client maintenance plans and set up of new accounts
* Perform outbound calls and schedule maintenance appointments
* Perform all other duties as assigned by lead service coordinator
*Qualifications*
* Strong computer skills are required
* Ability to effectively and professionally deal with high call volume during peak times
* Highly organized and flexible with taking on new challenges
* Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
* Effective time management skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Strong problem solver who is proactive and takes initiative to find solutions
* Previous HVAC experience would be considered an asset, but is not required

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
