Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work site environment: Odours. Work setting: Food processing industry. Tasks: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
