WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SUPPORT IN PR . _ *REQUIREMENTS* * 1?2-year experience in a retail selling environment is an asset. * Establish priorities and set direction for the store by conducting weekly walk-through in conjunction with the Sales Representatives. * Ensure full understanding and awareness of all store communications including product information, current advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Must be ready to commute to different location. *Sales Oriented* * Achieve established goals, identify, and analyze problems, and offer solutions that produce positive results. * Ensure full understanding and awareness of all store communications including product information, current advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. *Benefits for you* * Opportunities to grow and develop your career. * Employee perks and discounts. * Strong internal development programs. * Employee discounts across services. * Hourly + Commissions + Spiffs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Niagara Falls, ON L2E 7K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNiagara Falls, ON
