We are looking to hire dynamic individuals for our recently renovated, modern office in the heart of downtown. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to delegate work and manage relationships with contractors & suppliers. They should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize efficiently to meet deadlines. Interest in real estate development is a plus.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and create job proposals
* Analyze contractor quotes to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
* Create quote breakdowns for subcontractors.
* Evaluate and manage material quantities.
* Ensure that all project needs are met, including but not limited to gathering job bids, material quantities, and coordinating deliveries.
* Prepare subcontractor purchase orders for awarded projects.
* Manage and bill subcontractors for repair invoices when necessary.
* Maintain current filing and database systems and look for ways to continuously improve systems and processes.
* Establish project procedures with contractual documents and quality plans for work.
* Oversee project controls, schedules and budgets.
* Identify and obtain approvals due to changes in scope, budget or construction schedule.
* Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and project meeting minutes.
* Supervise and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
* Maintain all the change order, submittal and document (drawing) control logs.
* Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
* Monitor other contractors? activities and progress.
* Assume total project supervision responsibilities in the Project Manager?s absence.
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
* Valid driver?s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
* Highly organized and methodical thinker.
* Excellent computer skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a project management or related field.
* PMP designation is an asset.
* Position is on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
