*Job Summary* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services. *Sylvia Studio Lazer* *414 Rue de la Madone, Mont-Laurier, QC J9L 1S2* *Responsibilities* * Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally * Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability * Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system * Upsell products or services to increase revenue * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner * Maintain customer records by updating account information * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction *Qualifications* * Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred * Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions * Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Overtime pay * Tips Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Language training provided * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: In person- LocationMont-Laurier, QC
