Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Urban area. Motor vehicle repair shop. Retail business. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Implement price and credits policies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 16-20 people. Security and safety: Bondable. Driving record check (abstract).
