Job details
Concord Shading is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and possess strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships with prospective customers and buying groups. You will be instrumental in executing the company?s sales strategy and driving growth across the business. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the President.
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities*
· Develop thorough understanding of company?s shade and screen products
· Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth, set targets, and implement a CRM system
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships
· Make quick, effective decisions to drive results and address business challenges
· Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities, including clients, partners and industry influencers
· Prepare and delivery presentations, proposals and sales pitches to potential clients and partners as required
· Drive innovation and new initiatives to ensure continued growth and competitive positioning in the marketplace
· Monitor and report on business development activities and progress towards targets
· Work with management and other members on an ongoing basis for product feedback/development, project updates, etc.
Professional Experience
· 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or sales-related field within the construction, design or window covering industries
· Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading teams to achieve high performance
· Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing conditions
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
· Exceptional project management skills
· Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
