We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the ice cream and submarine shop. Responsibilities: * Lead a talented team in delivering exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. * Oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the shop. * Train, mentor, and inspire our dedicated staff to provide outstanding service and product knowledge. * Keep inventory well-stocked with a tempting variety of ice cream flavors, delicious toppings, and high-quality submarine sandwich ingredients. * Infuse creativity into the shop's atmosphere by organizing exciting events, promotions, and seasonal menu offerings. * Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and keep our loyal patrons coming back for more. * Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly. * Continuously analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and achieve sales targets. * Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and excellence, where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is required. * Excellent leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and empowering others. * A genuine passion for creating delightful customer experiences and a dedication to exceptional service. * Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and handle challenges effectively. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, staff, and suppliers. * Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
