*Job Title: *Sales Representative *Job Description:* * Greet all customers who enter the presentation center, offer information about our projects and give tours of our upcoming Show Home * Actively maintain the company's reputation and promote the Real Estate * Complete all sales training that will be provided by HOMEI Group * Must have a strong customer service background and love talking to the public * Answer phone calls and assist customers with all questions and concerns they may have * Provide a weekly report of customer and sales information to the sales manager * Keep in touch with former and existing customers, building strong relationships with all of our clients * Assist in solving customers' after-sales issues and provide ongoing support for all of our clients * Help to develop marketing strategies and meet sales targets as per weekly company goals * Assist the sales manager in completing project extension activities and social media activities * Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the facilities at the presentation center * Have a driving licence and a car (required) *Benefit:* * On-site parking Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 ? 24 per week Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationSechelt, BC
