*Job Overview* G-Force seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the premises. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the safety of others, we encourage you to apply. *Duties* * Monitor premises through surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify suspicious activities or unauthorized access. * Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. * Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of property. * Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches encountered during shifts. * Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, visitors, and employees. * Enforce rules and regulations consistently while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. *Requirements* * Previous experience in surveillance or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long periods of monitoring. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. * Must possess a valid security guard license or be willing to obtain one prior to employment. * Physical fitness is essential; candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies. _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
