General career opportunities - - We are looking for a qualified person to take care of multi-unit buildings located in Montreal, more specifically in the Cote-des-Neige/Notre-Dame-de-Grace. - General maintenance of buildings (light bulbs, faucets, floors, handles, moldings)- Receiving tenant calls (services)- Housekeeping (common areas and others)- Exterior maintenance (shoveling sidewalks and mowing lawns)- Taking out and replacing garbage and recycling bins during collections- Apartment rentals Up to 4 buildings within a 7 km radius (55 units) Base salary = between $1,800 and $2,500 / month (part-time) depending on the agreed workload. Hours paid in ++$$ can be done = painting apartments or others. Company apartment available.- LocationMontréal, QC
