And we live it too.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>Under the direction of the Mess Manager, the Administrative Assistant - Mess provides administrative support, such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying, correspondence, mass mailing distribution and follow-up action. They ensure forms with respect to membership in/out clearance are completed and processed. They order and distribute posting/release gifts for the membership. They type and process correspondence for membership acceptances and resignations.
