Job Description: Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina location. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate must have significant experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities:- Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget- Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules- Responsible for quality and delivery of projects- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff Required Experience:- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building construction project management.- Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems included in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil construction scopes. ***See full job description on the company website- LocationRegina, SK
