*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. *Responsibilities* - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar *Requirements* - Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing - Strong cash handling skills - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Basic knowledge of food handling safety guidelines - Must be at least 18 years old - Understanding of local liquor laws and regulations If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a knack for mixology, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
