The IBM - Resource on Demand Team is seeking a Change Management Consultant - Level 3 for a remote contract opportunity Role description: As a member of the project team, your role could include, but is not limited to: Perform change impact assessments (identifying impacted users, level of impact and overall level of impact for project). Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities (interviews for impacted groups to understand the level of impact, user journey maps to describe the change and identify the change management intervention). Participate in regular project meetings to understand the project scope. progress, and identify potential impacts and/or barriers to success that may evolve throughout the project and integrate potential impact- LocationOttawa, ON
