The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. *Key Responsibilities:* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions. * Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. * Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, compressors, and controls. * Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. * Work with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide recommendations for optimal solutions. * Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and parts inventory. * Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with all regulations. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician. * Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation. * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals. * Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment as needed. * Valid driver?s license and clean drivers abstract. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. *Application Deadline:* We do not have a specific application deadline as we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.
