*About Us:* The Warrior Factory Hamilton is a premier ninja training facility dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their physical and mental goals. Our facility offers a dynamic and engaging environment where participants can develop strength, agility, and confidence through a variety of obstacle courses and programs. *Job Overview:* We are seeking enthusiastic, high-energy, and ninja-capable Coaches to join our team. This position offers part-time hours with the possibility of increasing to near full-time. As a Coach at The Warrior Factory Hamilton, you will have the opportunity to inspire and train individuals of all ages, helping them to achieve their personal best in a fun and supportive environment. *Responsibilities:* * Instruct and guide participants through obstacles, courses and games. * Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. * Provide motivation and encouragement to all participants constantly. * Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * Ensure the cleanliness of the facility. * Complete front-desk duties when required. *Services Offered:* * Ninja Classes * Ninja Camps * Competition Squad * Summer Rec League * Open Gym Sessions * Birthday Parties and Special Events * Youth Programs and Workshops\* *Ideal Candidate:* * Passionate about ninja training. * Able to perform basic ninja skills. * Previous coaching or training experience preferred. * Previous experience working with children is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages. * Strong attention to safety and detail. * Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. * Open availability is a plus. * CPR/First Aid certification. * High-energy. * Friendly. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume via Indeed or email to jwhite@thewarriorfactory.com.
