*Job summary:* We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Print/Media Company's sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the growth of our company through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. Please note that this is a *full-time on-site *position in *Mississauga, ON.* *Schedule: *Monday to Friday. *What your typical day at work will be like:* · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities. · Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their print and media requirements. · Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. · Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. *What makes you an ideal fit for the role:* · Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the print or media industry. · Strong communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
