Le poste est permanent, mode hybride et avec de beaux avantages sociaux.</p><p>* **Microsoft Power Platform** <br>- Development of Power BI reports using the company's various data sources. <br>- Creation and updating of data sets to ensure the reliability of information. <br>- Design of visuals to meet the specific needs of management and operations. <br>- Proposals of reports and tools to optimize operational processes. <br>- Maintenance and updating of applications developed under Power Apps. <br>- Automation of administrative processes to improve efficiency. <br>- Design, implementation and management of a centralized data warehouse. <br> <br>* **Business analyses** <br>- Use of BI reports and other tools for in-depth business analyses. <br>- Development of analyses and identification of avenues for operational improvements. <br>- Review of current processes and formulation of recommendations for improvement. <br>- Design and implementation of new optimized business processes. <br>- Close collaboration with senior management to produce strategic analyses. <br> <br>* **Information Technology** <br>- Serve as the primary point of contact for the external IT support team. <br>- Plan and lead monthly strategic meetings with the external IT team. <br>- Monitor the external team's compliance with security standards. <br>- Guide the external team in assessing and optimizing IT equipment. <br>- Supervise the quality and performance of the external support team. <br>- Ability to intervene on urgent requests when needed.</p><p>**Qualifications and Skills** <br> <br>* Bachelor's degree or university certificate in administration, business analysis or related field <br>* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role <br>* Mastery of DAX, PowerQuery M and SQL languages <br>* Knowledge of the Business Central/NAV environment (an asset) <br>* High initiative and autonomy in managing responsibilities <br>* Strong team spirit and excellent sense of collaboration <br>* Ability to synthesize and clarify complex information <br>* Advanced intermediate bilingualism (English and French)</p>- LocationBlainville, QC
