*Job Overview* Via CFO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. *Duties* * Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, capital assets and debt schedules * Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately reported * Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements * Monitor Accounts Payable *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Strong organizational and time management skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills Join our team as a Financial Analyst where your expertise will contribute significantly to our organization's success!
