In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including: * Work on a daily basis with foreign suppliers to ensure follow-up purchases * Responsible for monitoring Purchase Orders and creating purchase orders. * Track outstanding items and issues and assist buyers in correcting and to locate the gaps * Responsible for updating the various production monitoring tools to buyers; * Responsible for shipping/tracking parts to suppliers and associated logistics. * Process and create purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring attention to detail. * Motivated to work in a fast-paced, solution-demanding environment creative. * Every day is different and you have to love challenges and teamwork Are you THE person we are looking for? * Have experience in purchasing or a related field. (An advantage) * Have two (2) years or more of relevant experience. * Know inventory management systems (Kanban, min/max, MRP). * Demonstrate excellent persuasion skills, speed of execution and attention to detail. * Demonstrate honesty, autonomy, initiative and versatility. * Enjoy learning new tools and concepts.
