<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are hiring Forklift operators (Raymond Reach and Dock Stocker) for our client in Brampton</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> 2 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday</p><p><strong>Pay rate: </strong>$21/hr.</p><p>The associate will be responsible for operating a machine to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform fill orders and check the accuracy of other orders. As well, operators will be responsible to ensure the working order of their forklifts prior to use.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p>• Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup on time (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)</p><p>• Documenting time of departures and arrivals of shipments</p><p>• Receiving and processing warehouse inventory (pick, unload, label, store)</p><p>• Performing inventory controls and maintaining high quality standards for audits</p><p>• Inspecting stock for damages and documenting damages</p><p>• Organizing and supplies, products, and equipment, making them easily accessible in a warehouse, tool room, or other location</p><p>• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization</p><p>• Reporting any inconsistencies</p><p>• Communicating and collaborating with coworkers and supervisors</p><p>• Maintaining and operating warehouse vehicles and equipment (e.g., Order Picker)</p><p>• Maintaining quality service standards while adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations</p><p>• Performing other related duties as assigned</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p><p>• High school diploma or GED</p><p>• 2-3 years of experience working as a general laborer, preferably in a warehouse</p><p>• Certified license to operate Order Picker, Stand-Up Dock Stocker and/or Pacer</p><p>• Ability to operation Reach, Swing Reach desirable</p><p>• Proven knowledge of inventory stocking procedures</p><p>• Ability to operate RF Scanner effectively</p><p>• 4 Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training</p><p>• Attention to detail, part numbers etc.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><p>• Ability to work in a team environment</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</p><p>• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Reliable, with excellent time management abilities and organizational skills</p><p>• Good verbal and written communication abilities</p><p> </p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>• Standard schedule : Monday to Friday / 2pm - 11pm</p><p>• Overtime may be required on occasions</p><p>• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</p><p>• Prolonged periods of standing</p><p>i</p></div></div>- LocationMississauga, ON
