Unverferth Manufacturing is a growing farm equipment company based in Kalida, Ohio with a sales branch in Swift Current. ?With that growth, we are adding a Product Support Specialist to assist our customers with their product and technical support needs based at this location.?We have a wide variety of agricultural implements with state of the art manufacturing facilities and equipment.??We are focused on quality manufacturing while maintaining a safe and healthy workforce.?Principal Functions of the Position:We're growing and adding a Product Support Specialist at this branch to support our customers with their product support needs.?Primary Responsibilities:This person will be responsible for providing product and program support for inside sales personnel, Territory Managers, branch operations, dealer networks and other related sales entities.This individual will also be providing technical documentation, analysis, and assistance for internal support functions such as marketing, advertising, design engineering, quality assurance, tooling, prototyping, and manufacturing.This position requires traveling up to 15-20 weeks per year performing product training programs for outside sales, branch operations and dealer networks, and assisting in the preparation, setup, manning and dismantling of product trade show materials throughout the United States.?Educational Requirements:Educational requirements include having a Bachelor?s degree in Ag-Engineering, Ag-Systems Technology, Agri-Business or other related discipline.Candidates with an Associates? degree and 2-3 years of applicable work experience can supplement their skills and experience in lieu of the bachelor?s degree.?Prior familiarity and/or hands-on experience with agricultural equipment and farming operations would be beneficial.?Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:Three to Five (3-5) years technical / product support in a related business market and/or business.Prior experience and/or familiarity in internal / external product support function.Prior experience and/or familiarity in working with external customers, dealers and/or vendors.Prior experience and/or familiarity with performing face-to-face training programs / presentations.Possess proficient written, verbal and telephone communications skills.Possess proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.?Benefits:$0 Medical Insurance Premiums after 30 days1-week paid vacation after 3 monthsProfit Sharing (up to 15% of wages) and 401(k) retirement planLife and Disability InsuranceWellness Program (with the ability to earn an additional $400)?- LocationSwift Current, SK
