Story Behind the Need: • Business group: The Commercial Global Engineering team is responsible for the end-to-end Commercial CRM ecosystem utilizing Salesforce CRM, and onboarding commercial clients. • Project/Initiative: The project overall is commercial onboarding and providing a loan to those commercial customers. It's an ongoing project with multiple enhancements and new features that come in. The business line is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Salesforce, who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the Business Banking Salesforce ecosystem.
