Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $74.48/Hr. - CAD $81.93/Hr.Job Summary:Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! This position is based out of the Robert Lily Lee center with youth substance use services. It involves working alongside allied staff on multiple youth teams and would include outreaching to clients, attending team meetings and consultation with allied staff. The position will also see youth clients at Robert Lily Lee for a variety of reasons including OAT, primary care, engagement and referral to services. Finally this position will serve contracted youth sites in the community including Peak House treatment center, Youth Haven, Directions youth drop in and BYRC. VCH is- LocationVancouver, BC
