Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Duties: - Supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities - Help develop recipes and portion specifications Skills: - Proven experience in restaurant management and food service - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques - Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Proficient in various cooking methods and techniques - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus If you are passionate about the culinary arts, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we invite you to apply for the Sous Chef position with us.
