*Journeyman/Journeywoman* *Electrician* Job Type: Full-time Required experience: Electrical: 3 years Key Largo Electric is a respected secondary services contractor for BC Hydro. We are leaders in innovative and cost-effective services for improving performance in the private and public sectors. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Performing routine service installation and demolition * Perform other duties as assigned *SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS* * Extensive knowledge of the Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all other applicable legislation required. * A valid BC full drivers license ? Class 5 * Ability to lift, push and pull up to 80-100 lbs. * Ability to stand for long periods and capable of climbing 20 ft. ladders * Time Management * Organizational skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Computer knowledge - Microsoft Excel *EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:* * Red Seal Journeyman/Journeywoman license * Minimum of 3 years of trade experience *HIRING REQUIREMENTS:* * Drug and Alcohol Pre-Screening * BC Criminal Records Check * Current Driver?s Abstract * Resume outlining the above requirements with a cover letter * Three References ? from previous employers.
