You have 3 year experience in supervising a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform the duties of the job and a good Work Record.You have a University Degree in a related field. You must be liscensed or registered and a member in good standing of the respective provincial and/or national associations as determined by the profession. 5 yearsWritten and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. What you will doParticipating in strategic planning for the service. Leading operational planning for the zone.Directing, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the provision of servicesManaging fiscal and human resources to ensure the quality and safety of service deliveryEnsuring adherence with professional practice standards, as well Horizon Health Network policies, processes and proceduresCollaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to provide comprehensive integrated servicesLeading special projects and quality improvement initiativesParticipating in the recruitment, selection and professional development of staffMentoring, coaching and providing staff with Feedback on performance.Interested?
