*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in baking and food preparation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. If you have a love for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Decorate cakes and other desserts with artistic flair to enhance presentation. * Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed during food preparation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders. * Assist in training new staff members on baking techniques and kitchen protocols. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. * Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. * A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
