Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: Construction. Willing to relocate. Residential. Various locations. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Oversee apprenticeship training. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Set up machines and equipment. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Organize and schedule office work. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Overtime required. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
