*Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, particularly in a corporate gym office setting. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. *Responsibilities*
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining member profile records and database information.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently with our Data system.
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting members over the phone and in person.
* Utilize Word Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Support the CounterBalance team with clerical duties as required to ensure member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in Word Suite applications.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
* Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within a public environment.
* Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
* Familiarity with Point of Sales systems is an asset.
* Familiarity with gym equipment and training is an asset.

\*Wage will be renegotiated after a 90 day trial period, after which a commission compensation structure will be implemented!

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 29 ? 36 per week
