Overview: Join our team at Cristini Athletics as a Personal Trainer and help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and motivating environment. We change lives and strengthen communities! Duties: - Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels - Develop personalized workout plans tailored to clients' goals and abilities - Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques - Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness milestones - Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed - Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices for overall wellness - Maintain a clean and organized training area Qualifications: - Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) - CPR/AED certification - Previous experience in personal training or related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire clients - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science - Understanding of nutrition principles Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience and client base growth - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education - Flexible scheduling options to accommodate both trainers and clients -Being apart of a team with world calls Professional Coaches -Opportunity to train beginners to elite level athletes/ If you are passionate about fitness, dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals, and possess the necessary qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position as a Personal Trainer.
